Sometimes it's not about people being evil or sinful (exp ; the 7 deadly sins).
Sometimes it's the lack of wisdom.
You can't blame a fool driving recklessly and got into a car accident because they never went to driving school.
Same as you can't blame a person for talking bad about other people behind their back when they are also blind towards their own bad behaviour.
So, the key is...knowledge. It isn't about power.
Intelligence will save you in almost every situation in life.
A big part of intelligence is consciousness.(Acceptance, Integrity and Dynamic to name a few)
But in simple words, it's Understanding.
And we can't be understanding when we're so full of ourselves right?
So the trick is to manage our ego.
Be teachable.
Here's a tip : humility.
