Hobi yang pelik kan, anyway...jika diizinkan Tuhan, settle 3rd 100, kemungkinan saya switch to gym & 2 @ 3 times a week sahaja buat cardio.Faktor umur menggalakkan senaman indoor yang optimize time use rather than performance.
