So...its,
barely 2 weeks before the exploration of yet another adventure (provided her knees allowed her)
Hence, i decided to share my Famous Inventory for Summer Trek of Annapurna Base Camp(sarcastically of course...)
Here goes...
Footwear
1.Ysandal :these are a specialised sandal for recovery and long distance running as it absorbs impact to prevent injury on the knees and made from high quality rubber...will do review on this soon

3. Hiking shoes : i bring my Salomon xa Kuban
4. Thick socks : preference wooly, August is not snowy season instead its rainy season yet, it can get chilly at night.
5. Toe socks : best to prevent blister for long hours hike or run, you can wear it together with strap sandals for comfort.
